Privacy policy

This policy explains what Verdexo Ventures Private Limited (“Verdexo”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at privacy@verdexoventures.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us, plus a few details about how you reached the page:

  • Contact details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and (if you add it) your business name or website.
  • What you need: the services you pick on our form.
  • Chat messages: anything you type into the chat assistant on our page.
  • Visit details: the page you were on, the time you sent the form, and campaign codes in the page address (for example gclid, fbclid and utm tags) that tell us which ad brought you here.
  • Technical details: your IP address, which our chat service keeps for about 10 minutes to stop automated abuse, and the basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider records for security, like any website.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passwords, bank or card details, government ID numbers or health information.

Why we use it

You give us these details yourself so that we can respond to your request. We use them only for the purposes below.

  • To call or WhatsApp you about the free growth plan or call-back you asked for, and to prepare that plan.
  • To answer your questions in the chat assistant.
  • To understand which of our ads bring enquiries, so we spend our own ad budget sensibly.
  • To keep a record of your request, so we can show that you asked us to contact you.
  • To keep the chat assistant and forms safe from spam and abuse.

We will only send you marketing messages beyond your request if you separately agree to them. We never sell your details.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this page. They only receive what they need to do their job:

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, USA), which delivers the details from our forms to our team’s inbox.
  • Groq (USA), which runs the open-source AI model that reads chat messages to write the assistant’s replies. Groq does not use them to train AI models.
  • Google Fonts (USA), which loads the page’s fonts, and Google Ads (USA), which, through Google Tag Manager, measures which ads bring enquiries (see “Cookies and tracking” below).
  • Hostinger, which hosts our website and chat service, and the private database where we keep your enquiry so our team can follow up.

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, your phone network and WhatsApp (Meta) also handle that conversation under their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers store or process data outside India. We may also share details when the law requires it, for example with a court or government authority.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and for as long as tax and company law then require. If you don’t, we delete your enquiry, including any chat transcript, within 18 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask. Security logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider needs them, usually a few weeks.

Your choices and rights

  • Stop contact: tell us on the call, reply “STOP” on WhatsApp, or email us, and we will stop contacting you.
  • See, correct or delete the details we hold about you.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time. It is as easy as giving it: one email is enough.
  • Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or are unable to.
  • Complain to our Grievance Officer (below). We reply within 30 days.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and tracking

Our landing page uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Ads tracking. It sets cookies and reads the ad click code in the page address, so we can see which of our ads lead to enquiries, calls and WhatsApp chats, and so Google can show our ads to people likely to be interested. It records actions such as sending a form or tapping our call or WhatsApp button, not what you type into the form.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can turn off personalised ads at myadcenter.google.com, or block cookies in your browser settings. The page and forms keep working either way.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS, our service providers use industry-standard security, and only the people who follow up on enquiries can see your details. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
